The Sony VGN-TX3XP 11.1 inch laptop is perfect for travel with up to 7 hours battery life and a weight of just 1.25kg. It packs in a generous 80GB hard drive, 512MB RAM, wireless networking and Bluetooth connectivity. The Intel Core Solo processor offers plenty of power for work and play. And, unlike many ultra-portables laptops, this model even features a super-slim, fully integrated DVDRW optical drive, complete with double layer technology.
It may be small but its big on security. The VGN-TX3XP uses a combination of fingerprint recognition and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) security. TPM prevents malicious software from harvesting vital information like passwords and encryption keys by storing sensitive data on the chip itself. The hard disk is also physically guarded by G-Sensor Shock Protection, which automatically parks the drive heads safely if the laptop is dropped.
